Message 1 - Trading Standards have asked us to advise all members about a rogue damp proofing company operating across Cheshire. The company who call themselves 'The Home Improvement Advisory Service, are offering a free damp proof survey and claim to be working in conjunction with the council.

If you have already agreed to have work undertaken or have had work carried out please contact Trading Standards immediately.

Message 2 - This is an appeal for information - we would like to know as much information as possible about crimes in your area and in particular those involving violent crime, criminal damage, burglary and theft in your local area, Whether it be people who are suspected locally to be involved in incidents or something that has been witnessed. Please urge members to report things however minor they may seem via an incident report form (or directly to myself via email) to be checked out or if they prefer anonymously directly to Crime Stoppers on 0800 555 111.
